Hydroster pumps

Pump ACF

 

ACF pumps are low-pressure screw pump which can operating with heating oils, lubricating oils, fuel oils and other fluids.

Technical data:

 

  • range of capacity 6,66 - 50,9 dm3/s,
  • max temperature of liquid 363 K (90*C),
  • range of liquid's viscosity 2 - 3800 mm2/s,
  • nominal pressure for liquid of 75mm2/s viscosity 1,6 MPa,
  • max sound intensity 65 dB.


We are able to deliver either pumps or whole aggregats (pump with el-motor). ACF pumps are maked in following executions:

  • ACF 80 -3 (ACF80),

Pump ACE


ACE pumps are screw pump which can operating with heating oils, lubricating oils, fuel oils and other fluids.
Technical data:

  • range of capacity 0,417 - 2,17 dm3/s,
  • max temperature of liquid 403 K (130*C),
  • range of liquid's viscosity 2 - 1500 mm2/s,
  • nominal pressure for liquid of 75mm2/s viscosity 1,6 MPa,
  • max sound intensity 65 dB.

We are able to deliver either pumps or whole aggregats (pump with el-motor). ACE pumps are maked in following executions:

  • ACE 32 -2 (ACE32),
  • ACE 38 -2 (ACE38).

Pump ACG

ACG pumps are screw pump which can operating with heating oils, lubricating oils, fuel oils and other fluids of similar properties.
Technical data:

  • range of capacity 1,67 - 14,17 dm3/s,
  • max temperature of liquid 403 K (130*C),
  • range of liquid's viscosity 2 - 1500 mm2/s - nominal pressure for liquid of 75mm2/s viscosity 1,6 MPa,
  • max sound intensity 65 dB.

SK type pumps

Self-priming SK type pumps are assigned for pumping a liquid in scope of the corrosion resistance of materials used for the pump parts. These pumps can generate the air-pressure in the reservoir and refill it together with the liquid by using an injector valve.


Operational data:

  • capacity 0,3 - 30 m3/h,
  • max temperature of medium being pumped -30* - +100*C,
  • max density of liquid 1300 kg/m3,
  • max liquid's viscosity 1,5 cm2/s,
  • max delivery head 310 m,
  • motor's frequency 50Hz or 60Hz.

 
We are able to deliver either pumps or whole aggregats (pump with el-motor). In the case of order we should know also the material of casing - iron cast or bronze.

GZUT pumps

Ouf offer of GZUT pumps contains models: pump Wa 30 (630 Wa 30) - bronze); 160 Woc Bilge pump 25 TKE and many others.

Pump WL

The WL pumps are vertical impeller pumps. In standard execution the WL pumps are driven by an electric motor of alternating current of frequency 50 Hz or 60 Hz. Principal dimensions of the pumps and connection pipes are given on the chart and drawings. The WL pumps are designed to pump media without any foulants, especially sea water, fresh water and oil of viscosities up to 5 oE (corresponding to 38,2 centistokes). In case of using the WL pumps for other media, you are requested to consult GZUT, the producer.
GZUT recommends installing the WL pumps in the following systems:
 

  • cooling fresh water,
  • cooling sea water,
  • ballast,
  • bilge,
  • fire.


 
The WL pumps can operate in the systems of manual, automatic and remote control. High efficiency, reliability and easy maintenance are the most important advantages of the WL pumps. The shaft bearings lie over the casing, which makes it possible to apply only one mechanical seal and excludes flooding the bearings in case of seal failure. Compact and simple construction of the pump enables its overhaul without dismantling from the work place and without removinq the motor.
 
OPERATING RANGE The WL pumps are designed to pump liquids in the following temperature ranges: -- for fresh water and oil - up to 85oC, -- for sea water - up to 45oC. The WL pumps can operate with the inflow having the foliowing quantites: - the pumps with the lifting height up to 35 metres ot water column - the inflow up to 20 metres of water column - the pumps with the lifting height - up to 40 metres of water column - the inflow up to 15 metres of wator column - the pumps with the lifting height above 40 metres of water column - the inflow up to 10 metres of water column. The maximum manometric suction head is 5-7 metres of water column (according to the pump size). The maximum manometric suction head is specified for clear medium having the temperature 20oC and at the atmospheric pressure 760 mm Hg.

The ranges of rated output and pumping height for different WL pump sizes are given on the chart, and diagrams. The minimum and maximum capacity at which the pump can work continuously is determined by the function of the rated output Qmin=0.6Qn Qmax=Xs where Xs is a factor dependent on the value of the ratio of the maximum manometric suction head for a given pump ( Hs max) to the real suction head at which the pump works (Hs).

MATERIALS
In all WL pumps the impeller units are made of corrosion-proof materials such as bronze, stainless steel or plastics.
The WL pump casings are manufactured in two material versions:
- M execution - grey cast iron
- T execution - bronze.
 
ACCEPTANCE
The WL gumps are manufactured in accordance with the regulations and requirements of the following classification societies:
 
- Polish Register of Shipping
- Lloyd's Register of Shipping
- USSR Register of Shipping.
- Germanischer Lloyd
- Det Norske Veritas
- Bureau Veritas
 
In case of ordering pumps according to the requirements of other classification societies, you are requested to make earlier agreements with GZUT. We also guarantee prompt delivery of spare parts.
